For $30, you get the indoor unit, which is incredibly thin and has a major, very easy to read display with indoor and outdoor temperature along with the high and low for the day. It can sit on a table or hang on the wall. The outdoor unit has a multi-position bracket, and very easily mounts applying two screws in a weather-protected location (like beneath an eave). I take pleasure in acquiring up and seeing what the temperature is so I do not have to go "feel" what it is like.
